Terms of service

The service

You upload an intraoral scan and a CBCT for a patient, choose the guide you need and pay the price shown in the quote. We return a surgical guide design on your case. You approve it or send it back with a note, and after approval you can download the design as an STL file.

Designs are prepared by our design team and partner designers and reviewed before release.

Clinical responsibility

A design is a proposal for you to check. You decide whether it is suitable for your patient, and you remain responsible for the diagnosis, the treatment plan and the surgery. Approve a design only if you are satisfied with it.

Your account and your patients' data

• The service is for dental professionals and their practices.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Upload only data you are allowed to share, with the patient's consent where it is required. Use initials, not names, for the patient.

Prices, deadline and refunds

• The price of a case is shown in the quote before you pay.
• Each paid case has a deadline, shown on the case. The clock starts once your files pass our checks and payment is confirmed.
• If the design is not back by the deadline, a refund is raised automatically and the case is still designed.
