- Cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a language cookie and a display-theme cookie. We do not set advertising cookies.
Why we handle it

- To run your account, take payment and raise refunds.
- To keep a timed record of each step on a case.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who processes it for us
Our design partners (DentalX and SprintRay) receive the case files and case details they need to prepare a design.
The website and the case database are hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Payments are processed by our payment processors (Stripe and CCAvenue). Emails about your account and cases are sent through an email delivery provider.
Your choices and rights
To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to have it deleted, email ahmed@instant.guide.
You are responsible for having the patient's consent to share their scans and details with us for the design.
