instant.guide prepares surgical guide designs for clinicians. Upload an intraoral scan and a CBCT; the design comes back on your case for your approval, and you download the approved design as an STL file.

WHY WE BUILT IT

A guide-design service built around a deadline and a refund.

Guided implant surgery has long meant a multi-day dental-lab cycle — files emailed back and forth, plans returned without a clock, accountability spread thin. We thought the loop should be measured in minutes, not days.

So instant.guide runs in the browser: upload, approve, download. Every step on a case is recorded with a time, from upload to approval.

It is built by clinicians, for clinicians, with one accent on an otherwise quiet surface: we measure, we name, we refund.

A deadline on every case,

The clock starts when payment is confirmed and the files pass our checks, and the deadline is shown on the case. If the design is not back by then, a refund is raised automatically. You do not need to ask.

instant.guide was founded in Dubai in January 2025 by Ahmed Abou Foul, who set out to give clinicians a planning loop they could trust to the minute — and stand behind in writing.
